1. Delivery Policy

Shipping & Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over R1,500 and within South African borders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched:

    • for delivery in Cape Town and surrounds, you will receive a phone call

    • for delivery outside of Cape Town and surrounds, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you do not receive tracking details or a phone call, please contact us on logisitics@dallacia.com

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at logistics@dallacia.com

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Perishable goods or opened consumables.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email logistics@dallacia.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

3. Returns Policy

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at logistics@dallacia.com to request a return authorisation.

  2. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.

  3. Ship the return to the provided address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
