1. Delivery Policy
Shipping & Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free shipping is available on orders over R1,500 and within South African borders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
for delivery in Cape Town and surrounds, you will receive a phone call
for delivery outside of Cape Town and surrounds, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of receiving the item.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods or opened consumables.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
How to Request a Refund
Email logistics@dallacia.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
3. Returns Policy
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return Process
Contact our support team at logistics@dallacia.com to request a return authorisation.
Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.
Ship the return to the provided address.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
